The Abundance Garden Hair Salon Booking, Deposit, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website’s booking system, by phone, or in person. A valid card may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.

Deposits are 50% of the service total.

Deposits will be applied toward your final balance on the day of your appointment.

Deposits are non-transferable unless rescheduled within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling within the 48-hour window may require a new deposit.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in:

Loss of your deposit

A requirement to pay 100% of the service cost before booking future appointments
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late need to reschedule, and deposits may be forfeited depending on the situation, at our discretion.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, you agree to all salon policies listed above.
